There are daily flights to/from Denpasar (Bali) to Labuan Bajo and Maumere on Flores Island by either Garuda Indonesia, Wings or Lion Air, Air Asia, Batiq Air, Nam Air etc.

Accomodation
Due to the remote regions of Flores island, our tour program is based on adventure travel, so you will have options to stay at a home stay, small hotels or even on a houseboat on Komodo Island tours. 3-4 Star hotels can only currently be found in Labuan Bajo
Insurance
To avoid the risk during the tour, it’s suggested that participants have their own insurance, which should cover medical, surgical and dental and additional expenses, baggage, loss of money, personal accident and personal liability.

From 21- 15 days prior to arrival : 25% of the total tour price From 14 – 7 days prior to arrival : 50% of the total price Within 7 days of arrival : 100% of the total price
Tour Guide and Transportation :
Our guides are members of the Indonesian Tour Guide Association. They have been working as tour guides in Flores and Komodo National Park for many years, so trust them to show you Flores and Komodo with the highest levels of service regarding knowledge, friendliness, responsibility and safety. We provide transportation based on the number of travelers and can provide either A/C coach or car, Mini Bus or Bus, and even trucks depending on the tour program.
Liability
Gotokomodotours will use all reasonable endeavors to arrange tours and package itinerary. We reserve the right to vary or curtail any such tour or package itinerary should it not be available or places risk on the travelers. We will seek to provide alternative tours itineraries whenever possible, however we assure no further liability whatsoever for any third party in relation to the portion of any derived arrangement. Gotokomodotours will act only in the capacity of an agent for tours, transportation and hotels and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any damage, loss, injuries including death, accidental delays and irregularities beyond of our control.
